- Order Delivery

- If an order is not picked up at the agreed-upon time without prior arrangement to reschedule, the order may be forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund.
- Forfeited orders may be donated, resold, or disposed of at our discretion.
- Quality and Liability
- Product Condition: The products are delivered in good condition. Upon completion of delivery or pickup, responsibility for the product’s care, storage, and condition transfers to the customer.
- Liability: We are not liable for any damages to the baked goods after they have been delivered or picked up.
- Visual Appearance: By accepting the order upon pickup, you waive your right to a refund based on the product’s style or design.
- Refunds and Returns
- Perishable Goods: Because our products are perishable, your right to cancel or change your mind after delivery does not apply.
- Incorrect or Faulty Products: If a product is faulty or not as described, we will offer a replacement or correct the mistake, as per our discretion.
