Refunds and Returns Policy

General:

  • Because baked goods are perishable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on items simply because you changed your mind.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at stephanie@colemountainfarm.com to resolve it.

For quality issues:

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of your baked goods, and can provide proof of a quality deficiency, we will issue a refund or replacement. You may be required to return uneaten items.
  • All refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to process after we receive the returned item.
  • In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. 

For shipping errors or damaged goods:

  • If you received an incorrect item, or if the item arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or refund for the incorrect or damaged items.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. We are also not responsible for orders that are not picked up on time. 

For non-food items:

  • Non-food items can be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition and packaging.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 

Cancellations and changes:

  • Cancellations and changes to an order may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the timing of the request. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
